Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UQCRC1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UQCRC1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher UQCRC1 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UQCRC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and OV show a favorable association.

CCRCC, OV, and HNSC are the cancer types where UQCRC1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
