Across TCGA cell cohorts, UQCRC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,414 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UQCRC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial potassium ion transmembrane transport, Nucleosome disassembly, and Succinate transmembrane transport. Each is linked with UQCRC1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCRC1-to-partner and partner-to-UQCRC1 results are reported.
