Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UQCR10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UQCR10 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher UQCR10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UQCR10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRP, LGG, and SKCM are the cancer types where UQCR10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
