Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UQCR10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,175 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UQCR10-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSE, CD93, and ITGB1. Each is linked with UQCR10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCR10-to-partner and partner-to-UQCR10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UQCR10→partner) and Y-score (partner→UQCR10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
