Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UQCC3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UQCC3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher UQCC3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UQCC3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where UQCC3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
