UQCC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UQCC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,902 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UQCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NECAB3, AHCY, and GNAI2. Each is linked with UQCC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCC1-to-partner and partner-to-UQCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UQCC1 versus NECAB3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UQCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UQCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
