Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UQCC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 335 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UQCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5MC1P5, NFU1P1, and OR2K2. Each is linked with UQCC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UQCC1-to-partner and partner-to-UQCC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5MC1P5 grouped by UQCC1-low versus UQCC1-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UQCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UQCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
