Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UPRT Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UPRT data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher UPRT Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UPRT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
COAD, HNSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where UPRT Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
