UPRT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPRT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,786 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPRT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UCKL1, RPL3, and RPS2. Each is linked with UPRT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPRT-to-partner and partner-to-UPRT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UPRT versus UCKL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPRT→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPRT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
