UPRT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPRT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,424 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPRT-associated genes across cancer lineages are FKBP4P8, MIR6766, and MIR5002. Each is linked with UPRT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPRT-to-partner and partner-to-UPRT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FKBP4P8 grouped by UPRT-low versus UPRT-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPRT→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPRT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
