Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPRT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPRT-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, ACC1, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with UPRT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPRT-to-partner and partner-to-UPRT results are reported.
