Across TCGA cell cohorts, UPRT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,706 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPRT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hydrogen peroxide metabolic process, Macroautophagy, and Negative regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal. Each is linked with UPRT in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPRT-to-partner and partner-to-UPRT results are reported.
