Across TCGA cell cohorts, UPRT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPRT-associated genes across cancer lineages are CABP5. Each is linked with UPRT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPRT-to-partner and partner-to-UPRT results are reported.
