UPRT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UPRT mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,030 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPRT-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF5L, CUL7, and TAF2. Each is linked with UPRT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPRT-to-partner and partner-to-UPRT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAF5L grouped by UPRT-low versus UPRT-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPRT→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPRT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
