UPP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,357 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PKP4, NGDN_S143, and TBC1D2. Each is linked with UPP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPP2-to-partner and partner-to-UPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UPP2 versus PKP4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
