UPP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UPP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR12D2, CD300H, and ADGRA1. Each is linked with UPP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPP2-to-partner and partner-to-UPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR12D2 grouped by UPP2-low versus UPP2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
