Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, UPK3BL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UPK3BL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D21, CCR8, and LYPD2. Each is linked with UPK3BL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPK3BL1-to-partner and partner-to-UPK3BL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D21 grouped by UPK3BL1-low versus UPK3BL1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPK3BL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPK3BL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
