UPK1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPK1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,084 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPK1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Morphogenesis of a polarized epithelium, rRNA transcription, and Regulation of stem cell differentiation. Each is linked with UPK1A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPK1A-to-partner and partner-to-UPK1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Morphogenesis of a polarized epithelium grouped by UPK1A-low versus UPK1A-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPK1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPK1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
