UPK1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPK1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,914 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPK1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLTP, LIN7C, and SLC25A4. Each is linked with UPK1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPK1A-to-partner and partner-to-UPK1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLTP grouped by UPK1A-low versus UPK1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPK1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPK1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
