UPK1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UPK1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,634 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPK1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of macroautophagy, Regulation of TORC1 signaling, and Mitotic cytokinesis. Each is linked with UPK1A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPK1A-to-partner and partner-to-UPK1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of macroautophagy grouped by UPK1A-low versus UPK1A-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPK1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPK1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
