UPF3B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPF3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,705 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPF3B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHF6, MSH2, and THOC1. Each is linked with UPF3B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPF3B-to-partner and partner-to-UPF3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UPF3B versus PHF6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPF3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPF3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
