UPF3B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPF3B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPF3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, MEK1, and p53. Each is linked with UPF3B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPF3B-to-partner and partner-to-UPF3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by UPF3B-low versus UPF3B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPF3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPF3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
