Across TCGA cell cohorts, UPF3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,184 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPF3B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body, Microtubule organizing center organization, and Centrosome cycle. Each is linked with UPF3B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPF3B-to-partner and partner-to-UPF3B results are reported.
