Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UPF3A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UPF3A data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher UPF3A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UPF3A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where UPF3A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
