UPF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,579 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLR2E, PRPF4B_S294, and SUGP1. Each is linked with UPF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPF1-to-partner and partner-to-UPF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UPF1 versus POLR2E in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
