Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,074 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UPF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NR2C2AP, KXD1, and CSF3R. Each is linked with UPF1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPF1-to-partner and partner-to-UPF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UPF1 versus NR2C2AP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
