UPF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,281 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAICSP5, KCTD9, and CCDC86. Each is linked with UPF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPF1-to-partner and partner-to-UPF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAICSP5 grouped by UPF1-low versus UPF1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
