Across TCGA cell cohorts, UPF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,432 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UPF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell fate commitment, Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin, and Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process. Each is linked with UPF1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPF1-to-partner and partner-to-UPF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of cell fate commitment grouped by UPF1-low versus UPF1-high in STOMACH.
