UPF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UPF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,419 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUTM1, FBXW10, and CLLU1-AS1. Each is linked with UPF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPF1-to-partner and partner-to-UPF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUTM1 grouped by UPF1-low versus UPF1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
