UPB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,289 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP25, ACAP1, and MYO1G. Each is linked with UPB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPB1-to-partner and partner-to-UPB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UPB1 versus ARHGAP25 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
