UPB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,021 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP2, PMCHL1, and IQCJ. Each is linked with UPB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPB1-to-partner and partner-to-UPB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP2 grouped by UPB1-low versus UPB1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
