UPB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UPB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,822 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADORA2A, TNFAIP2, and PPFIBP2. Each is linked with UPB1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPB1-to-partner and partner-to-UPB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UPB1 versus ADORA2A in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
