UPB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UPB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C5orf52, VSIG4, and KRTAP10-2. Each is linked with UPB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPB1-to-partner and partner-to-UPB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C5orf52 grouped by UPB1-low versus UPB1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
