UOX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UOX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL147P, MIR3198-1, and RN7SL140P. Each is linked with UOX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UOX-to-partner and partner-to-UOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL147P grouped by UOX-low versus UOX-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→UOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
