UNKL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNKL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,829 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNKL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFX5, RPL5, and ERO1A. Each is linked with UNKL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNKL-to-partner and partner-to-UNKL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNKL versus RFX5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNKL→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNKL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
