Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNKL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,902 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNKL-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCER1A, ADAMTS9-AS2, and DNAI4. Each is linked with UNKL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNKL-to-partner and partner-to-UNKL results are reported.
