Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNKL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,858 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UNKL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP36, RN7SKP65, and RPL35AP10. Each is linked with UNKL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNKL-to-partner and partner-to-UNKL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP36 grouped by UNKL-low versus UNKL-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNKL→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNKL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
