UNKL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UNKL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 254 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNKL-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13D1, CCT8L2, and CDR1. Each is linked with UNKL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNKL-to-partner and partner-to-UNKL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR13D1 grouped by UNKL-low versus UNKL-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNKL→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNKL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
