Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,541 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UNK-associated genes across cancer lineages are C17orf80, PPM1D, and VASP. Each is linked with UNK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNK-to-partner and partner-to-UNK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNK versus C17orf80 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNK→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
