Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,196 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UNK-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACO1, FBXO25, and MIR3689B. Each is linked with UNK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNK-to-partner and partner-to-UNK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACO1 grouped by UNK-low versus UNK-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNK→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
