UNK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UNK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 425 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNK-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10K2, OR10T2, and ASZ1. Each is linked with UNK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNK-to-partner and partner-to-UNK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10K2 grouped by UNK-low versus UNK-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNK→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
