UNGP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNGP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,393 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNGP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STON2, STON2_S227, and STON2_S338. Each is linked with UNGP3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNGP3-to-partner and partner-to-UNGP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNGP3 versus STON2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNGP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNGP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
