Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC93B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,842 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UNC93B2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein insertion into ER membrane by stop-transfer membrane-anchor sequence, Regulation of vesicle size, and Heparan sulfate proteoglycan catabolic process. Each is linked with UNC93B2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC93B2-to-partner and partner-to-UNC93B2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein insertion into ER membrane by stop-transfer membrane-anchor sequence grouped by UNC93B2-low versus UNC93B2-high in READ.
