Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UNC93B1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated UNC93B1 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher UNC93B1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UNC93B1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and SKCM show a favorable association.
ACC, BLCA, and LGG are the cancer types where UNC93B1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
