UNC80

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC80 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,864 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC80-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPM2AIP1, FAM169A, and SPTAN1. Each is linked with UNC80 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC80-to-partner and partner-to-UNC80 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNC80 versus EPM2AIP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC80→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
