Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC80 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,485 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UNC80-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC16A8, RASL10A, and NEFH. Each is linked with UNC80 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC80-to-partner and partner-to-UNC80 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNC80 versus SLC16A8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC80→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
