UNC80

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC80 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC80-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGAR, MIG-6, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with UNC80 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC80-to-partner and partner-to-UNC80 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIGAR grouped by UNC80-low versus UNC80-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC80→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
