UNC80

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UNC80 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,501 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC80-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYG1, SGCB, and ZNF286A. Each is linked with UNC80 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC80-to-partner and partner-to-UNC80 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYG1 grouped by UNC80-low versus UNC80-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC80→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
