UNC5A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC5A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,525 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLOD4, FKBP4, and MAST2. Each is linked with UNC5A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC5A-to-partner and partner-to-UNC5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLOD4 grouped by UNC5A-low versus UNC5A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
