UNC50

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,799 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC50-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SND1_S645, CNNM3, and GPRIN3. Each is linked with UNC50 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC50-to-partner and partner-to-UNC50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNC50 versus SND1_S645 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC50→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
